“Lots to improve upon...”

Room door lock did not work, which we learned on day two, anyone could just walk in, coffee pot was unclean, old filter still in it from prior guests, tub drain clogged so badly, it was 5 inches deep within 3-4 minutes of showering, constant running water sound coming from toilet that never stopped & kept us awake all night, faucet in bathroom hard to turn on our adjust, VERY old microwave (dial & slow to work), everything in general just plain old, worn & outdated. We got moved to a new room for day two because of non-functioning door lock (luckily our laptops, ipads and other valuables were not stolen during our time away from our room!) Second room was of same quality basically and in the closet, was a stack of used, dirty towels from prior guests! We figured we'd be comped for all this, but the staff offered nothing. Oh and room had cigarette smell even though it was marked non-smoking. Orange juice at breakfast area did not work despite asking three times for refill, no gluten-free options...all bages, cereals, waffles & breads...so could not take advantage of that.
