“1st and last stay at Baymont of Dubuque”

Made reservations over a month in advance. Girl was very questionable so I wrote down all details for 4 rooms (1 room for 3 nights, 3 rooms for 2 nights) at special rate for a local event. Got there checked in and on my second day they said that my reservation was not made for the extra evenings. The manager said he had space but the rate would jump up $15 a night. Manager was not available when I got back to the hotel for the evening. He was not there the next day at check out. They produced a receipt for 3 rooms and I stated that I had 4. I gave them the room numbers but they said "No one of the rooms is registered in a name from TX." I went on my way. I needed to get reimbursed for this trip so I checked my CC statement and sure enough I was charged $627.12 rather than my receipts that say $565.53. I call to ask for the manager of the business card I have and try calling the manager on the card Nikki Smith. The lady at the front desk says, "we have no one here by that name." She says "Do you mean Nicole?" I said, "I am just going by what is on the business card." She then tells me that they have a Nicole but she is not a manager there. I said "Well can I talk to the manager?" They inform me that he is out and most likely will not be back today and will call you tomorrow to settle your questions. Well still no call. I find out the person I made reservations with (Josie) is no longer there because she was fired. Well Baymont's mistakes are costing me money and I am still awaiting a call so that I can just get a receipt that is correct so I can get my $627 reimbursed.
