“Things that need to be mentioned...”

I feel that if a hotel is going to be positioned next to a bar, it needs to be stated before you book your hotel. We were unable to sleep due to loudness of the bar and music and i believe that is poor quality if you have rented one of the suites. One of the staff members at the front counter didnt even bother to resolve the issue when i brought it to her attention and just sat behind the counter reading her book as i was addressing this. The TV skipped while trying to watch a movie so this also became annoying. The faucet on the jacuzzi tub in the corner was falling off and the candle that were placed above were either burned out or missing. When trying to use the lamp in the corner of the room we come to find that one of the lightbulbs was broken and it would not turn on. The lobby and outdoors of the hotel also seemed very dated and in need of improvement. Many lights in the chandelier in the lobby were burned out and same goes for the perimiter lighting of the building. Also in the morning while trying to sleep, the maid service is going around cleaning the rooms and you can here them yelling over vacuums to have a conversation from room to room. Not pleased at all with this stay and nor would i ever want to go back. If Baymont wants to claim that they want you to feel like you are at home, they clearly have me mistaken.
