“no television reception”

The room cleanliness and overall appearance was good. However, there was no television cable cord in our room, so we had no television reception. The front desk clerk was unable to locate an extra cable cord, so we ended up with no television for the night. This was not a huge problem, but annoying when I'm paying a decent amount for a hotel room. The front desk clerk told us we would get an adjustment on our bill as a result of the inconvenience, which I appreciated. However, the clerk on duty the following morning when we checked out was apparently not informed of this and gave me some attitude when I explained the situation. We eventually received $10 off our bill after checking out, which thankfully was done quickly and without me having to do any followup.
