“We will not be staying here again”

I normally do not write reviews, but we were so unhappy with our stay I felt I should. First of all, I'm not sure how well our room was cleaned. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were 1/2 full which made me wonder if they just tidied the room up instead of cleaning it. Second, the TV from the lobby was very loud all night long. I could not sleep. The first night I figured it was another hotel guest. I mentioned it to the front desk and they said they were sorry to hear that, but no one was staying around us for our second night so I should get a good nights sleep. Well, the second night my husband went to work in the lobby and turned the TV off. I went to bed and slept great! The minute he left the lobby the front desk turned on the TV and I was awake. We called down and asked them to turn it down or off. Well, I did not sleep the second night either. The hotel knew of these two complaints and did nothing to make me happy. No $ was returned and no discount given. My husband and I agreed we will never stay here again. Also, the pool never had towels and they seemed very short staffed. As others have commented, you walk right into the sink area. Weird set up.
