“Not a great stay...”

  , Atlanta
My first room had an infestation of boxeldar bugs, so I got moved to a different room where I only saw three of them (versus the dozen or so I saw in the first room). To be fair, this is apparently a Wisconsin problem. The new room was much nicer than the old room, and they didn't charge me for the upgrade. The next night, the internet was out (and never returned during my stay), which meant that I had to go to Starbucks/McDonald's at night to do my work when I would have rather stayed in my room. It might've been the weather that knocked out the internet. The fitness center consists of three machines (one for weights, one treadmill, one elliptical), and they have one key for the room, so if someone is in there, you have to knock to get let in. But who wants to stop the treadmill/elliptical to let someone in? You might not even hear the knock if your headphones are loud. This one-key system seems odd to me. I didn't use the fitness center on the second day because I didn't want to interrupt someone's workout by knocking. I did think that the manager (Les) was very helpful - other staff members seemed a bit clueless at times. Finally, I thought the beds were very comfortable - I slept well (and I didn't think I would given that I was skeeved out about the bugs!).
