“Terrible”

I was very disgusted with this hotel. I was staying in town for a family reunion and we had about 6 other rooms occupied by other family members. The hotel had 2 towels per room even though we had 2 adults and 2 children in the room. One bed had no blanket on it, only 2 sheets. The one blanket that was on the bed was full of holes. I have pictures. The sheet that was on the bed had spots of blood and when I brought it to the attention of the housekeeper, she said do not worry, we washed them and it is just stained. It won't come out. I asked her to please change it and to being us a blanket for the bed that was missing the blanket and replace the one that has holes. She said she has nothing else to replace it with. Maybe when she has people check out tomorrow she can take it from another room. Same with the towels, they had none to give me or they would. I asked what towels are the kids supposed to use for the pool and she said they no longer have pool towels either. She explained that when a blanket, sheet or towel get ruined they discard it, but no one gets them new supplies. It was ridiculous. Only 1 day out of 6 did I get 4 towels. One night I went to the front desk and said that the house keeper did not leave us any towels and the lady said all I have is bath mats, would I like that? I called the complaint number and logged a complaint. The lady asked what would I like her to do about the problem and I said, get me some towels, blankets and clean sheets. She told me she can't do that because the owner of that hotel has 3 days to respond to a complaint. Then she asked if I would like the complaint number. I said the complaint number will do me no good.
