“Not too bad”

When we arrived, I was notified that I had been reserved a smoking room but I had requested non-smoking. Secondly, I also requested a downstairs room, which I was garanteed that I would get. The 1st room was downstairs but then we're back it being a smoking room. Apparently there were no other rooms available downstairs and ended up having an upstairs room. I've had 4 back surgeries and tha's why I'd requested downstairs. Motel 6 said they couldn't garantee the 1st floor so I just declined them immidiately. The clerk did give me a bit of a discount for the inconvinience but it was painful having to climb flights of stairs. All-in-all, we did have a restful stay other than that bit of inconvinience. Thanks to your attentive clerk. I believe her name was Yuly or something similar to that. She did help make our stay a better one.
