“To Florida 3/2013”

  , Melbourne Fl
I have been staying at this hotel since 2003. As we travel from NH to FL with a stop in PA to see grandkids, Manning is a convenient place to stop at days end before driving to Melbourne on the next day. This used to be a Holiday Inn Express and we stayed here because of the free breakfast and we were/are members of the Priority Club. A year or two ago, Wyndham, using the Baymont name, bought this location. At the time, the place needed some sprucing up. Over the last few years that has occurred and it's once again in decent shape for $50/night. There are still some minor things to be repaired and the showers are getting a little long in the tooth; however, overall, this isn't a bad place to stay for a night on the way to somewhere else. There are plenty of restaurants just down the street as well as a Super Walmart about a mile down the road.
