“Disappointing! :(”

Stayed for a vacation. Asked for a room near the pool due to having someone handicapped in the room and was placed at the other end of the hallway. Had room key issues. Got into the room, and there was some garbage behind a chair and had toilet problems...someone crushed cans and placed them into the toilet tank. The final straw was the large number of teenagers staying at the hotel and customer service at the desk, which found out to be a manager. Couldn't get use the pool or eat breakfast without having kids all over the place. The one front desk person, Laura, did everything that she could for us to make our stay better. Too bad the rest of the staff didn't follow her example. I expected more out of Baymont Hotels. Ended up leaving a day early. This hotel should have been a lot cheaper in price for the quality of stay I received.
