“NO HOT WATER”; Jan 10, 2013 Georgia R, Holton; no hot water in a very nice, spacious, clean room. Go figure. I asked about the hot water and was told they were getting it fixed. They never offered me another room or any other compensation. It didn't seem to be a big deal to them that I couldn't shower or wash.
