“Front Desk not too helpful”

We had to complain twice to the front desk about the tremendous amount of noise in the hallways from other guests on our floor. The non-stop yelling and constant slamming of doors continued until 1:30 am. Staff made no attempt to stop them even after 2 requests from us. I spoke to the General Manager upon checking out and he didnt care too much.When checking in our assigned non-smoking room was VERY smoky, but we were upgraded to a larger non smoky room.Breakfast was a standard free breakfast.Hotel was clean, but slightly worn looking.We were overcharged for our room, which I had booked through the website , so I had to have that fixed also.
