“I was really disappointed when we asked the staff to allow...”

I was really disappointed when we asked the staff to allow us a late checkout and they said, no! The hotel was not full nor was it busy for any events. You think after getting two rooms staying six nights and being a Rewards Card holder I would have thought we would be treated VIP. Well, if not for that reason then I am Gulf War Vet and my guess was a on active duty and has served three tours. This is not something that is thrown around for perks, but it was a request because out flight schedule to leave at 6:00pm. 3 hour extended stay would not have killed their business. They are killing their business with poor customer service!
