“Park Sleep and Fly”

The hotel was fine and the employees were quite friendly and courteous!The visit started out on the wrong foot. We could not locate the hotel! Even though we had the address and thought we knew exactly where it was located we kept driving up and down Cicero trying to find it. Finally, my husband spotted the hotel...completely dark! We turned around and came back, thinking it must have gone out of business! At the moment we arrived at the signal just outside the hotel, the lights came on!! What a nightmare it was, thinking we would have to find another hotel to stay so we could fly out the next morning!!The clerk at the desk was not flustered, and was quite friendly and handled our check-in as if nothing had just happened.The complaint that I have is the shuttle service. I have no complaints about the drivers. They were both courteous, careful and professional. The problem is the schedule.Our flight was at 8:30 AM, yet we had to board the shuttle at 5:30 AM! There was no other shuttle until 7:00 AM!Upon our return, although we were told that it would be a 30-40 minute wait for the shuttle, (too long) it did not seem to be that long of a wait to be picked up.We did appreciate that the breakfast was available prior to our 5:30 AM departure.Although the hotel is not many miles from Midway, it does take a half hour (at least) to get there because of the traffic, speed limit, and all the traffic signals.
