“Not Accessible”; Oct 31, 2012 Krista R, Cape Coral; There's no elevator in this hotel. If your room is upstairs you'll have to carry your suitcases. I had to leave and book another reservation because my daughter uses a wheelchair. It's also not very clean.I love my mnorning coffee but there was no way I was touching the coffee maker in the room. It was discusting. The staff was nice at check-in but awful when I asked for a first floor room for the second night. Very rude reply to a simple question so I went to a different hotel.
