“Room/Breakfast”

- Room was not the cleanest, we found paper, small straws between the bed and night stand. Could not control the heat, either way too cold or way too hot ~ no happy medium.A couple of big groups of guests took up most of the breakfast area tables/chairs for most of the time breakfast was going on.Breakfast items were very limited and not refilled (yogurt, donut holes).I didn't feel welcome when I arrived or when I checked out as the employees at the front desk never got out of the chair they were sitting in. Acknowledgement eye to eye would have been nice.
