“Unpleasant Experience!”

I was extremely unhappy with the way I was treated at this hotel. One of the front desk staff, Amy I believe her name was, was extremely rude and when I spoke with her to let her know they had made a mistake on my bill she pretty much said it was not her problem and was completely disrespectful and did nothelp resolve htis issue at all. I finally spoke with one staff member who assisted me and was very nice, but overall TERRIBLE customer service. Also, the Manager was unavailable the entire weekend so that these concerns could not be addressed until the following week. The hot tub was cold. And then when I stayed my second night (which I had to because we already had it reserved and there was nowhere else to stay, they screwed up my bill AGAIN and once again, no manager available and I had to wait and do all the legwork with the bank to fix THEIR mistake. And when I did finally get to speak to a manager, he acted as though my complaints were no big deal and said he had been gone and had a lot to take care of so he would get to it as soon as he could. No offer to compensate me for the time, stress, or inconvenience of my stay.My family and friends will never be staying there or any other Baymont Inn again
