“Nothing but trouble”

Ac broken in our room. Said they just cleaned carpet. Wrong!! Ac leaking all over carpet and not working. Changed Ac next day which was nice but the mold and mildew smell was awful. Had to ask for air freshener and that didn't even help. Couldn't eat breakfast as it was always packed. Sink leaking in our room. No extra toilet paper and got charged an adjoining room fee per night which we we not told of. I have tried to reach the manager several times but he is never there or no one answers the phone it just rings and rings. Will not be going back to the Springfield Baymont and will not recommend.
