“Hotel on the a downward quality trend.”; Oct 19, 2012 Terrence S, Libertyville; The hotel appears to me to be poorly maintained and under occupied. There were very few guests. I believe the hotel is not being maintained due to the lack of customers. The towels were stained. One bed smelled of urine. The bed gave little support and was getting too old. The telephone did not work in our room. There was no TV remote control.
