“Group Stay with some Issues”

- I made a list before leaving the hotel. I was told the complimentary breakfast would last until 11:00 a.m. I took my kids to eat at 9:30 and it was all closed down. None of the lights worked by the pool and the hot tub was out of service completely. Some of the rooms in my group were filthy. Sheets were stained & windows were dirty. Staff was accomodating but not friendly. Ice maching was out of order. Vending machine was out of drinks. Water should especially be stocked. The water coming out of my sink and my bathtub was brown & sandy the first night. It was okay the next morning. There were not enough towels available per room. The pool water was freezing.
