“A little rough”

- Check in clerk was the worst - said she would put in my Wyndham Reward number and didn't - told us the wrong times for the continental breakfast - only put us in for one night instead of two so room key card would not work the second day - was too busy talking to her boyfriend (in person) to attend to business.Reclining chair in room is broken. Heat timer in bathroom sticks at a certain point. Sink drained extremely slow.Dead fly on window sill in breakfast room.Hair in corner of bathroom floor.Have stayed here for many years but the hotel appears to be going downhill.
