“Would have been great, but for...”

The lady that checked me in. I stay here often, and if anyone else checks me in they just look me up, acknowledge my rewards status and bid me a good stay. This is only the second tine this particular individual checked me in and it was horrible both times. It took at least 5 times as long as she refused to simply look me up in the system. Even after I tried to stop her the second time by telling her that another, more experienced employee had told me what to say she just gave me a bad look and said she would be continuing with the input she had begun. Also, for the second time, I did not have my rewards card with me (never a problem with anyone else. As I said, they all just look me up) she refused to look up the number, choosing instead to lie to me by telling me, "Oh no, we never look up Wyndams Numbers. You have to bring the card." frustrating and untrue.
