“The staff were friendly when you could actually find them...”

The staff were friendly when you could actually find them. Should've known there would be problems when the lights were out in the sign out front. Hotel was almost impossible to find - poor/almost nonexistent signage off of the main road. The hotel is very tired and in need of sprucing up. Breakfast was supposed to run until 10, but when we arrived a bit before 9, everything was gone and there were no staff to be found to replenish items. I ended up finding the pantry and restocked things myself. One of the other people staying at the hotel thought I worked there! Even the parking lot was bad - a sheet of ice. Overall, not a good experience.
