“Worst Hotel Ever”; Mar 06, 2013 Travis W, Valparaiso; I took a team of people to Naperville, IL and stayed at a Baymont. The next morning my entire team complained of how horrible their room was. Some of the comments were- bedbugs, cockroaches, stains on the bed, horrible smells, and some even woke up sick. This hotel was disgusting.

We would like to first off thank you for taking your time to fill out a guest survey. We do apologize and we do agree that our rooms are in need of a refresh and renovation and we are in the process of accomplishing this goal. We do assure you none of your team had any insects of any kind in the room but we have scheduled a thorough inspection and found no evidence of any activity. We would invite you to come back in the next couple months and see the great changes and update to our rooms. « hide
