“Good budget hotel if you can tolerate some service...”; Feb 17, 2013 Andreas M, Bloomington; Good budget hotel if you can tolerate some service imperfections: during a 4 night stay never made my bed; never restocked in-room coffee supplies; emptied trash/checked towels maybe once; always running low on breakfast items; occasional slight odor in halls and elevator; wireless internet very slowOverall the hotel offers the amenities that I care for (free basic breakfast; free in-room wireless internet; pet friendly; free 24 hours coffee in hall). However, I found the overall service quality lower than at a comparable "sister"-hotel in the metro area that I stayed at recently.
