“Service was good One Empoyee vary rude”

Our stay at the Baymount Mount Pleasent was very nice until one mornig when we went for the contentintal breakfast the keys for the juice machine were missing because someone went home with them. When she showed up with them my financee was joking around with her and she got really snotting with him. He didn't hear it but I did because I was standing right there. What she said because she was the Accounting Manager was uncalled for. Obvoiusly she has no comunnication skills with the public. Need less to say if she was not supposed to go home with Hotel keys then she should have know better. The other hotel staff were very helpful because also our toilet over flowed in the room. The Hotel employee that was on duty was vary helpful and your "Accounting Manager" didn't need the flack from her either.
