“Never staying again”

Completely unsatisfied with my recent stay, and my initial stay. On November 5th the first week I stayed at the Baymont I arrived in my room to find dog food laying on the floor. I told the receptionist the next morning and she assured me housekeeping would take care of it. That evening when I got back to my room there was still a piece of dog food on the floor. I said nothing about it. On Wednesday I completely ran out of toliet paper in the room and called the front desk to complain and to inform them there was still dog food on the floor. She told me she would take 10% off of my bill and apologized. When I checked out that Friday there was no credit on the bill and when I inquired about it the receptionist told me she didn't know how to do that and would have her manager fix it and e mail me a copy of the revised invoice. I never received a revised invoice. On arriving to a different room on Monday of this week I see the smoke detector hanging from the ceiling and the wallpaper pealing in the corner. I was disgusted and contacted my own manager to see what I should do because I made my reservations online. She contacted the hotel manager who apologized and said she wanted to keep our business and would credit the bill. My supervisor told her she would have to speak to me. I never heard from her. This was the worst service I have ever received and don't feel that the Baymont cares about their customer's and the type of service they provide!!!
