Firstly, I would like to apologize for your issues you experienced not being taken care of the moment they happened. I assure you this is not the norm for our hotel, and we have communicated with the staff that if problems such as these arise, a manager needs to be notified so they can be addressed properly and in a timely manner. There is some wear on our rooms as we are an older property, but are about to embark on a property renovation at the beginning of the year and hope that you give us the opportunity to make it up to you by giving us another chance when you are in the area next.
