“We have stayed at the Baymont on two previous occasions...”

We have stayed at the Baymont on two previous occasions, always very satisfied. This trip, we found the room heater VERY LOUD causing disturbed sleep. the most disappointing situation was that the water in the sink and tub was tepid at best and the bathtub drain was either clogged or malfunctioned, despite the fact that we had pulled up the stopper. It was not pleasant for us to take lukewarm showers and stand in water past our ankles. The front desk person apologized for the inconvenience and reduced our bill, which was acceptable, however, it made us think about canceling our reservation for March 3rd because we don't want to risk having the same experiences. We think it would be fair to say that we were dissatisfied but understand that problems can happen.
