The Baymont Inn offers many outdoor activities for the individual or family. Next time try having a cookout on our outdoor patio, flying a kite on the surrounding green space or bringing your bikes for a family ride on the adjacent Jane Addams multi-use trail. Dear Guest: I'm sorry you felt that your party was shuffled to the breakfast area. We usually have that area closed off after breakfast unless our guests request somewhere to meet. The front desk agent had asked the supervisor if it was ok to let you go in and hang out there. I apologize, with the breakfast area right there in the lobby, she thought you would like the privacy and convenience, while greeting your guests. It also is our policy to place the wet floor sign somewhere central, so all can see it. I had arrived shortly after the fall and did speak with your girlfriend and her friend at that time to ensure everything was ok. They were outside in the front corner talking at that time. She ensured me everything was ok. I asked if there was anything she needed and she had stated no, she was fine. I then returned to go over the notes and make sure everything was documented and correct before going back to the bridal show. Nothing else was said during the remainder of the stay. Again I apologize for any mishap you may have felt, but I do assure we you we try and make every guest our top priority and hope they enjoy their stay. We hope you give us another try and that we see you in the future.
