“Review: Oct 26th - 28th”; Oct 31, 2012 David F, Oak Lawn; Front desk staff (checking in and checking out) were fine. Room was reasonably clean, but some items were still on the floor from a previous guest (old bottle cap, pretzel crumbs). Also no conditioner or hand lotion was provided (with the little bottle of shampoo).
