“Nice staff, dirty rooms”

Needs to be updated and cleaned properly. Heater did not work in room very well - took 2 hours for room to finally heat up. Everything needs to be updated (carpet, walls, etc.). Needed to check into different room because first one was not cleaned at all from previous stay. Next one was better, but bathroom still was not cleaned very well - a lot of hair on the floor. Fuse broke as well when using the hair dryer in the room and power went out in bathroom and on vanity. When I picked up the phone - it was clearly dirty and there was a lot of dirt on it so I did not use it. Bottles of Raid were in clear site when you were checking in so it made you feel like there were a lot of bugs (even though we did not see any). Staff was very understanding and helpful though! Very nice people, just need to clean better.
