“Very pleasant stay”

We stayed only one night, but we'll definitely be going back. Clean, comfortable bed. There was a scam phone call just before 2AM, someone I'm sure trying to get credit card information by posing as a staff member. As soon as he asked my name, I said I would go to the desk to confirm everything. The night clerk handled this very professionally with me. We also learned the next morning that she had fixed the phones so no one could call rooms directly anymore that night. To be honest, I MIGHT have gone with. "4" rating, because there was a little bit too much noise transmission from the next room. But this incident with the scammer was far more important an issue, and it was something that could be handled well right then and there - or not. The insulation between rooms was certainly nothing that the local staff could have changed. And I truly was impressed by this staff.
