“NEVER AGAIN”

First my reservation was not correct and the front desk( DAVID) did nothing to try to make anything right ,He was very snappy.I had to go through the supervise(Nina)r and booking.com to retify the situation .When i get to the room through the smokey halls.I have no coffee maker( need the caffein) the room seemed to be a bit dusty to me. About 2 or 3 am the fire alarm goes off from all the different types of smoke in the halls.The second day they moved me to the correct room.now missing my fridge its my b-day whats going on ,They brought me one immediately.Now need ice ,oh no, ice machine doesnt work lets go find another one. Ok time to relax.I Cleaned out the spa tub only to find the stopper does not work..I called the front desk and spoke to David ,he gave me the feeling that I might have been bothering him. About an hour later I went down to see if I could get someone to repair the tub and to express my concerns...David gets offended about some words that were being used and ask my guest to leave even after I told my guest to go to the room and let me talk to David .After my guest went to the room David calls the authorities to have him removed from the room/hotel. And we were not the ones smoking dope in the hotel but we had to leave..Out of all the problems that i was having with this hotel David was the biggest of them all.Also they withdrew $500.00 more than they were suppose to from my checking account Never again will I stay or recommend this hotel,( I love a nice hotel )Nina the superviser was great she worked with me to straighten everthing out.They still owe me a few dollars but I am tired of dealing with this,so I`ll move on.
