“First night of check in we met the most wonderful lady at...”

First night of check in we met the most wonderful lady at the desk that checked us in. Smiled, friendly, helpful. We paid for 3 rooms. 2 that were good, one was a disaster. One of the beds when turned down was full of hair and very crumpled as though had not been changed, went to front desk and told the gentleman that this was found and his response was Oh, preceded to give me a sheet to change the bed never said sorry or let me get someone to change it. We changed the bed only to find that it was broken and you feel into middle of it, reported it to and again response was oh, and no apology. This was at check out early next morning with a girl. She said I will let maintance know. That was it. And also toliet would not flush well. This was a room that was doomed from beginning. If there had been any apology or one bit of concern that would have been good, but just OH, didnt get it. Check In staff was excellent.
