“"Snow & Wind" Feb 2013”

We were on our way back to Illinois from a trip to Sedona AZ. Amarillo is a good 1/2 way point. We made it to Amarillo just as it was beginning to snow, blow and get dark. Made our reservation thru Priceline and got accommodations at Baymont. The Inn was hard to locate as the light on the SIGN is NOT WORKING. When we asked about it, the desk clerk said it has been that way since Jan 1....It is now the end of Feb. ?????Due to the Snow we ended up staying 2 nites here, since the state closed I 40. Dave, the Manager, was the"BEST" He did everything he could to make all of his guests feel secure. Since no other employees could make it to work due to the snow, he was the jack of all trades and did an excellent job doing it all. A dedicated employee, I hope Baymont appreciates his service to make their company look good. As for Baymont " LIGHT" up the sign!
