“Could Have Been Worse”

I guess all in all I had a ok visit. I liked that this hotel had a late check out can appreciate that. However, I found that the towels in my room had unknown brownish red stains on them as if they were there and then washed and placed back in the bathrooms which is unacceptable, I called the front desk and was told that I would have to wait until their shuttle drive came back before she would bring me some fresh towls ( all the while I am naked waiting on towles ) I had my husband ask if he could come and get them and he was told no he still would have to wait. After that and the front desk brought u the towels she didn't even try to accomedate us for the inconvience of the situation. There were holes in the chairs and the coffee pot was broken and made funny noises. I slept there because I was tired and had another bad experience at another Wyndam hotel just moments before checking in to the Baymont. Not a happy camper and will not return
