“Not Happy At All”

This properties pool stayed green throughout our entire 5 day stay. We took pictures to send to Wyndham. We encountered multiple issues with our card key. Several times a day each occupant of our room had to request anew or updated card key. We were not compensated in the least for the inconvenience. The manager said it had to be something that we were doing or maybe certain retail stores that we'd been in. She explained that their contractors have to request card keys all the time. Because this has happened to other vendors, I was suppose to be satisfied with her explanation and move on. I was not satisfied and I won't stay at this location again. The biscuits were hard and the gravy was cold. There were limited breakfast options. There was peeling paint on the bathroom wall above the shower and stains in the tub that would not come up!!!This property did not live up to the standards that I've become accustomed to with Wyndham properties.
