“Customer Service”

I walked up to the reservation desk and asked if there were any room on the first floor ( I had a long day and my back was killing me). She said yes we do and would you like a king or two doubles. I said it does not matter I just need a room on the first floor. When she entered on my information she came back and said the only room that I have is on the first floor. I noticed when I walked in that there were 4 cars in the whole parking lot and it was 8:00 pm. I was so tiried and hurting and didnt want to drive to another hotel. So I got a room on the second floor. When I got up ar 5:00 AM there were 7 cars including mine in the parking lot. When I walked to the lobby to get my receipt I saw many room on the first floor that was not occupied. I was very upset on how I was treated and I will never go back there. I will tell my coworkers to stay at another hotel in Thomasville that will treat you right.
