“When the visitor is staying for multiple nights, the hotel...”

When the visitor is staying for multiple nights, the hotel should place towels, etc. at the time of the cleaning of the room. I had to get my own supplies at the front desk. I thought this was not good service. The front office told me that she was the only one working during the night, so I had to get my own supplies at the front desk. I felt scared when I had to leave the room by my self in the evening.I also think there should be hall monitors on each floor. There was continual screaming and beating on the walls during my stay. I felt the bathroom was too small. I couldn't open the door all the way so that I could get into the bath tub because the toilet was in the way. The toilet was also being propped up with two 2 x 4's at the top to the tank. That was totally unacceptable, I felt I was in a Jeff Foxworthy's Red Neck Hotel Stay. The remote control for the television did not have a back on it to hold the batteries in it. I couldn't believe there was no decanter to the coffee pot. I brought my own coffee maker because my husband has to have his coffee.
