“Terrible Hotel stay”

First, I ordered Non-smoking rooms...got smoking with terrible smell in the room!! Second I told the desk person that we would only be staying thru Sunday the 28th of Sept. A prepaid refund was only given after a call to the Corporate customer service. Third, while not yet checked out and having prepaid for the room until 11 am eastern time the room cleaning people walked in our 21 year old granddaughter while she was just coming out of the shower and only had a towel around her body and he came into the room anyway after being told by her that she was not dressed. Fourth, the motel management knew that there was a car parked infront of the entry door of the back entrance where you take your bags in an out. The car belonged to the Motel Management and it had four flat tires and could only be moved by a wrecker. They left it there our entire stay. What an obstacle to the customer. I would not let these people represent Baymont. Fifth, when we arrived in our assigned rooms both had problems..in 102 there was dirty socks by the air conditioner that had not been picked up by the cleaning people. The second room 124 had ripped sheets on the bed.Sixth, the towels for the shower were not nice to Baymont standards as they had never had conditioner added in the wash. They were like sandpaper...very uncomfortable. Seventh, The toilet in 102 would not flush and was repaired while we were there but it ran all of the time during our stay.Do you think there is a problem here?? We probably won't stay with this Baymont again and any other that is run by Indian people
