“NEEDS IMPROVEMENT BADLY~~~~~~”

WE HAVE BEEN STAYING AT THIS HOTEL FOR MANY YEARS WHILE ON VACATION AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM UNTIL THIS YEAR, AND THE AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT COOL OUR ROOM ENOUGH, NOT ENOUGH FACE CLOTHS , AND OUR ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED AS FAR AS THE FLOORS ARE CONCERNED,,,AND I PAID CASH AT TIME OF CHECK-IN AND WHEN I LEFT FOR HOME, I FINE A CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD FOR A SUR-CHARGE THAT I WAS TOLD AT RESERVATION TIME THAT I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED, AND THE ATTENDANT TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD BE TAKEN OF IN 3 OR 4 DAYS. I HAVE BEEN A LONG STANDING CUSTOMER AT YOUR HOTEL BUT IF WE VISIT PIEGON FORGE OR GATLINBURG NEXT YEAR WE WILL FINE A BETTER SERVICE AND CARED FOR PLACE TO STAY,,, SO SORRY ABOUT ALL OF THIS, JUST WISH IT HAD BEEN A BETTER EXPERIENCE.....We have been staying at this Hotel for many years and never had a problem until this year, the air conditioning did not work right ,,the floors was dirty, not enough towels and wash clothes, I told the desk at the time of reservation how many people would be staying in the room, and we still did not have the right amount of items, I called the desk , and they did send extra wash clothes but the floor was not cleaned for 3 days, the hair dryer would not heat. All in all this visit with you was awful for my family, and when I went to check out, I find a surcharge on my credit card that I gave to hold the reservation that I was told would not be charged to my card, and when I called back and talk to Brenda at the desk she said that I was not charged but that the charge on my card would be removed in 3 to 4 days, now I am so unhappy with this whole visit, , the pool inside was dirty, as well. What has happen to this place....As for now, if we visit your area again in the future, we will search for a new place to stay .unless major improvements are done on sight, I am so sorry about this, because we have loved our visits in the past and have always been treated fairly, and kind,,,,
