“Not Quite Satisfied!”

Unfortunately, I can not give this hotel a great rating for my 3 night stay. When I arrived on Friday there were no towels in my room. I had to go to the front desk to get them. I did not realize my bed linen would not be changed the next morning, so I requested it changed on Sunday morning, unfortunately they were not. Again on Sunday night after arriving back to the hotel, there were no towels in my room. I actually had to watch the desk clerk retrieve some from the dryers in the laundry room, which was very unsitely. I mentioned all of my concerns to the front desk manager at check out and she was very apologetic. But, I was still very unhappy with my stay at the hotel. Marilyn Booker
