“Terrible first and last impression of this hotel due to the...”; Feb 18, 2013 Beth L, Silvis; Terrible first and last impression of this hotel due to the front desk employee. No smile, no greeting, no thank you at check out. Broken thermostat on unit in room. No way to control temp. It would get hot hot and then we'd have to shut it completely off till we got cold and then turn it back on. Wifi not working. Only things available for breakfast were high carb. Bagels, toast, waffles. No cereal, no eggs, no yogurt, no fruit.
