“Arrival: 6:00 PM”

- The arrival was so easy. Just off I75 and around the corner! Desk person was a beautiful girl (from Jamaica, she told us) and she was so pleasant and accommodating! Next morning, it was a different story...sad, was about the best description. The morning gal "buzzed" me in, as it was before 7:00 am. She did not say "good morning" or anything. I proceeded to breakfast by making a waffle, and poured too much mixture into the cup (directions were high on the wall above, but I hadn't seen them--too high up!) I apologized for the mess I created under the waffle iron--she mumbled something and told me the instructions were on the wall (too late). Then, my coffee was poured and I sat down to enjoy it...it was lukewarm! About this time "beautiful girl" showed up for another day's work and I was about to test coffee from another decanter, commenting the other was not hot. Bad girl said, "did you get it from that one?" in disdain. I exclaimed I'd gotten it from the other. Then, I tasted and discovered neither decanter was hot. Nice girl said, "oh, that shouldn't be...I'm going to make a fresh pot now!" Bad girl shrugged, donned her jacket, grabbed her purse and sauntered out the door...with no interest. I realized night girl was probably tired and hired just to sit in at night, but there needs to be some training/care in any person who greets the public in that job. All in all, would definitely stay again in this motel. Also important was the fact that we had a coupon for that night at a very good price.
