“Baymont Stay 7/5/13”

Arrival of hotel I learned the entrance to the rooms were exterior after being told inside hallways. When checking in the receptionist was not the most friendliest person. We had two room in which both rooms had horrible smells inside. We were transferred to another room and still same problem. While in the rooms we noticed damaged furniture, damaged walls, damaged doors inside and out, duck tape holding carpet down, the beds were horrible and did not sleep well at all. Noises kept us up all night. The carpet was so easy to get dirty as there was dirt and mud on outside walkway and parking lots. Since entrance is on exterior it was nerve racking. Next morning the keys would not work in the doors so we made 4 trips back and forth while still having difficulties with the door unlocking. Never got fixed. The breakfast bar was empty and not stocked, displayed well and the got food was not hot. The area was small and cramped. Upon checkout had to wait while I hollard at the counter person for several minutes. The stay was not enjoyable and for the money paid I will never use Baymont again. I was to get Wyndham points as well and still never got them. Also when making reservation I was to get a $30 back offer since I reserved 2 rooms, when transferred it state # disconnected. Called twice to get transferred again to same messages. Did not use pool, internet, meeting room, fitness center, or business center. Thanks for listening.
