“never again”; Mar 10, 2013 Walter S, Holly; I was using rewards points on a family vacation to FL and used this as my stop on the drive down for my son and I. He was afraid to take off his clothes to sleep. It was dirty, warn, and the carpet was wet. We didn't sleep all night. The only reason I have these points is for staying in the Ramada in Waukegan IL close to my work. At leeast that one was clean but I will stay at Holiday Inn or Marriot from now. This was a horrible experience. At least the folks that worked there were nice but I blaim the way this company is managed for these hotel Hell's.
