“Not what I expected”

We check in that part went fine, when I open the room door I was surprised to see the room was a mess and someone else's belongs was still in the room. a man walked up to us and asked us who gave us the room, we looked at him like he was crazy, I believe he worked there or was the owner because he asked us to follow him to the front desk, at which time he walked around to the front and told the clerk to change the room and the room was changed. The following morning we awoke to the fire alarm which was a false alarm, we figured that part out ourselves. While getting ready for day, (keep in mind we booked the room for 2 days) the door was opening (about 8-8:30 am), by a man asking if we were checking out today or checking out later. After that incident we double check our reservation. they stated they had booked for 2 days and our room was secured. When we arrived back later in the evening our key card did not work for they outside door nor our room. Other than that the room was clean and the FLOOR staff was great.
