“Unbelievable”

This was an ok hotel for the price I paid. The hotel is in a great location. We experience a problem with dried blood on the sheets which did not come from me. The housekeeper responded immediately aat the request of the front desk After verifying my issue said she would come back later to change my sheets. She informed me to share this with the manage. I did but I do not believe the general manager handled this serious issue inan effective manner. His response was incremenating (how do I know it was blood?) He did not come immediately, He did not personally return to update his findings with me. I choose a Microtel hotel because I had a nice experience when I visited Pennsylvania but I'm not sure if I feel comfortable choosing Microtel again.My greatest experience was with the lady who checked us in gave us outstanding customer service.She was friendly and informative about the area. I also notice she was very in tune many of her guest.
