“wont stay with this hotel again.......”

Rates are too high for what you get. We stay here every month and new mgr . Rates have gone up tremendously with no changes and everybody complaining upon checkout We heard several people state: we will not be back and neither will we. stayed here on Aug 21,2012 and total was 80.49. now on Oct 23, 2012 rates 98.31 with aarp discount. Mgr was standing at front desk and everybody complaining and he never opened his mouth to any of the customers.Everyone saying I wont be back and mgr Ash Ramsaha just stood there. Should have kept previous mg Sara beth Shurlett. She was fantastic and this hotel will not last long with this type of new mgmt. The rates are way too high for what you get.Man that owns this hotel named Cash also owns now super 8 hotel in same town. Every hotel chain he has been with pulls their chain from him within few months. This hotel will have lots of problem as long as Cash and Ash operates them. They do not clean rooms nor bathrooms properly. Do not change sheets as they should. We used to stay with Cash at other hotels: 1st was super 7, then econelodge, then best value inn and now he is under name super 8...and he owns this one also (baymont) inn). You all can do beytter than this. you have lost alot of business within this month. we will not be back to baymont or anything that cash is connected with. Thank you..
